This little speaker box contains 192 sessions divided into five themes: 128 meditative stories told by a variety of friendly animals, 16 soft music tracks, 16 nature sounds from around the world, and 32 meditations split by individual or group. First, kids select their session using the animal dial, then pick the location with the second dial. The hourglass dial on the side allows children to select the length of their session-eight or 16 minutes. Headphone jack allows for a totally private experience.
